Ik zie het mooie in kleine details maar ook in overweldigende vergezichten. Net zoals in coaching, merk ik dat een landschap altijd iets nieuws in petto heeft als je vanuit een ander standpunt kijkt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alles draait om balans en zelfbewust in het leven staan. Maar dat is zo gemakkelijk nog niet, weet ik als geen ander. In mijn directiefuncties heb ik aan den lijve ondervonden hoe je soms uit het lood kunt raken wanneer je maar doorrent en niet op de pauzeknop drukt.<\/p>\n

Ik heb het om me heen gezien en zelf ervaren: Prestatiedruk maakt eenzaam, samenwerking loopt stug en je verliest focus. Stress maakt dat je ongezond gaat leven, impulsaankopen doet, en al multitaskend in de file staat. En dat is niet hoe ik wil leven.<\/p>\n

Want hoe ik de dingen doe heeft impact op mij, op mijn prestaties, maar ook op mijn omgeving. We zijn allemaal onderdeel van het leven op deze planeet en hebben een verantwoordelijkheid.<\/p>\n

Dit vraagt om een ander perspectief. Vanuit dit vernieuwd perspectief kun je jezelf en situaties waarin je je begeeft bekijken vanuit kalmte, rust en interesse. Zo kun je gebalanceerde besluiten maken vanuit een positieve en betrokken mindset. Dit zet niet alleen jou in een positieve beweging, maar ook een organisatie, je leefomgeving en de wereld om je heen.<\/p>\n
