Also, I value my long-term partnerships in the field of Higher and Executive Education in Switzerland and The Netherlands. I offer my expertise in coaching, training, and leadership development for lasting impact amongst their students and faculty.
#SAM – Together for your wellbeing
For #SAM, I developed the 12-week preventive training programme ‘Versterk je Sociale Verbondenheid’ (Strengthen Your Social Connectedness), which runs several times a year.
#SAM’s purpose beautifully aligns with the human difference I believe in: activating and inspiring everyone to take responsibility for their own wellbeing, so that they lead a resilient and healthy life that contributes to a healthy society.

My work with institutions like Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and embaX—a joint venture between ETH Zürich and the University of St. Gallen—is highly rewarding, as their mission to be a force for good through leadership education aligns with my values.

Michel Barth
I have been working with Michel Barth, One Africa’s founder, since its inception, contributing to the design of its foundational program by introducing Leadership Circle Profile®.
Today, I serve as an in-programme coach and guest lecturer for the module Building a High Performing Team, where I guide participants in creating cohesive and effective teams.
